INTERPOL Red Notices
Requests to law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, issued by INTERPOL at a member country’s request. A Red Notice is not an international arrest warrant and is not a finding of guilt. Only the notices INTERPOL publishes are covered here — most are never made public, so an absence of a match is not evidence that none exists.

A name check runs against this list and every other one at the same time, so you do not need to screen against it separately.
